Hall Rental

Although our facility was designed to host birthday parties for kids of all ages, we can--and often do--host other kinds of events (see ideas in the middle of the home page). During any such event, you may use either one arena or both as spacious party halls with inflatables rolled up to the side, as shown in the photo here (small charge may apply). We also have effect/disco lights, a mini stage (small charge applies), and hookups to our A/V system (or you can bring your own DJ or live performers).

You may also bring outside food and drinks (no surcharge). Food much not be saucy (to minimize mess) and not be warmed with open-flame lamp (to minimize hazard).

Overview of Hall Rental

General Availability

One late evening slot on Friday/Saturday/Sunday after the last regular party, but earlier on other days. The exact time varies based on the parties actually booked or expected to be booked. It's best that you call us to discuss further (or to book).

3 Types of Hall Rentals

They differ in when you gain access to various rooms. Remember, once you access any area, you keep it until the end of your event, while gaining access to new areas at various times. See the tabs below for more details.

Considering that our standard 2-hour party packages include 40 minutes in one party room that can sit about 50 people (32 kids, rest adults), if you need to accommodate a larger group or need extra time, Hall Rental is a better option. For birthday parties, we'll leave all the inflatables in place (i.e., none will be rolled up as shown in the picture above). Also, the use of special effect lights is optional and included in the price.

Compared to Party Packages

  • Availability:

    Hall Rental is available only during late evening and there's a single time slot; party packages are available throughout the day for many time slots starting every 40 minutes.

  • Duration:

    Hall Rental lasts 3 hours and can be extended; party packages last 2 hours and can be extended only if it's the last (or second to the last) event of the day (which can't be guaranteed far in advance).

  • Number of People:

    Hall Rental prices don't vary based on the number of people (max 100); party package prices can increase due to extra players (max 50, including 30 kids).

  • Access to areas:

    Hall Rental provides simultaneous access to multiple areas (generally incrementally) ending up with the entire facility; party packages provide access to one area at a time.

  • Amenities:

    Hall Rental includes only access to our facilities, but no food/drinks or even amenities such as paper products cups/plates/napkins); party packages include drinks for the kids, paper products, and for some packages pizza or even party favors.

  • Outside food:

    Hall Rental has no surcharge and fewer restrictions (not saucy and not require warming by open flame); party packages require a surcharge and has more restrictions (see the Party Packages page , Outside Stuff tab).

  • More fun:

    Hall Rental allows you to use the effect/disco lights (no charge), to bring outside DJ/entertainment (no charge), to have more open floor space with some of the inflatables being rolled up (small charge may apply), or to rent our mini stage (small charge); party packages allow none of these except effect/disco lights ($20) if you booked a fully private package.

Prices & Other Details

The hourly prices shown below are for the first 3 hours (minimum duration). Each additional hour costs $200. The prices quoted here don't include rolling up the inflatables or our mini stage. You may add either for an extra $20. Alternatively, you may bring your own portable stage as well as roll aside the inflatables yourself.

  • General availability: Saturday: 7:30 pm; Friday and Sunday: 6:10 pm
  • Time of access to various areas: Start in play arena 1, then gain additional access to other areas as earlier parties leave at various times. You'll have the entire facility 1 hr 40 mins after your event starts.
  • Specifically, you'll have arena 2 after 40 mins, then party room 1 after 1 hr, finally party room 2 after 1 hr 40 mins. All times measured from the scheduled start time of your event.
  • Sorry, we don't guarantee early setup access to any area due to earlier events.
  • Helping you decide: If you expect no more than about 30 kids during the first 40 mins, we recommend this type as it allows earlier start compared to the other two types. If you expect additional kids after the first 40 mins, they can spread out and play safely between the two play arenas, as you'd have the second arena by then.

  • General availability: Saturday: 8:10 pm; Friday and Sunday: 6:50 pm
  • Time of access to various areas: Start in both play arenas, then gain access to the party rooms as earlier parties leave at various times. You’ll have the entire facility 1 hour after your event starts.
  • Specifically, you’ll have arena 2 after 40 mins, then party room 1 after 1 hr, finally party room 2 after 1 hr 40 mins. All times measured from the scheduled start time of your event.
  • Sorry, we don’t guarantee early setup access to any area due to earlier events.
  • Helping you decide: If you expect more than 30 kids right when you party starts, we recommend this type, as you’d need both play arenas to allow the children to spread out and play safely.

  • General availability: Saturday: 8:50 pm; Friday and Sunday: 7:30 pm
  • Time of access to various areas: the entire facility from the beginning except 15-minute delay likely for one party room
  • Sorry, we don’t guarantee early setup access to any area due to earlier events.
  • Helping you decide: Even if you expect a large group, they might arrive over time rather than all at the beginning. If so, you may not need the entire facility from the beginning and should consider the other two types, which will allow you to start earlier and also save you money due to their cheaper rate.
